About Silvia Cossio
Silvia Cossio is a bilingual Realtor with Vibrant Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area find the right place to call home. Born in Lima, Peru, she lived in Costa Rica for 13 years before making Dallas her home in 2001. That international path shaped how she works: clear communication, cultural fluency, and a genuine welcome for Latin American clients and anyone building a life in North Texas.
Before real estate, Silvia worked in banking and later ran her own travel and import consulting company. Those years taught her to listen carefully, navigate details, and guide people through big decisions with patience and confidence — skills she brings to every transaction.
Outside of work, Silvia loves to travel the world. She has visited more than 40 countries, and that curiosity still shows up in how she helps clients explore neighborhoods, compare options, and picture their next chapter.
